Does this screen shot look familiar:This is what I saw on every computer, every browser and in 2 cities this morning when I tried to do morning shiping with Auctane. I started a support ticket with Auctane and they suggested:
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Closing and reopening your browser window
- Using a private / incognito window from your browser to log into eBay and Auctane
None of this worked... Found some promissing info by kempcospecialties in https://community.ebay.com/t5/Archive-Shipping-Returns/Auctane-page-is-not-loading/td-p/21963774 . They sugested that ebay and auctane lost sync some how with the data access grant token. Their solution worked for others but not for me as there "view frame source" did not have the "<form action=" line. But they did paste of their own frame source code with it's link:
I used the above link and clicked "I agree" which resulted in the prediced error (had to re-log in too) becuase I was probably trying to grant access to their data or vice versa by using their link. I then imeadiatly refreshed my auctane page (and re-logged in) and then, to my amazment and relief, Auctane loaded properly. I think the granted acess token for auctane somehow was not working and by using the above link, triggered ebay and auctane to sync back up somehow.
Thought I would share this solution since it was hard to locate and took many hours of frustration trying to figure out what was wrong... Hope this help's someone else.

Clean the browser cache. and try again
Try another browser.
eBay is adding in a ton of stuff from the Spring/Summer updates plus running tests on some features so everything is a bit of a mess. This may just fix itself.
