Anyone else having problems printing a First Class Package International shipping label?

I have been trying to print a first class package international label to AUSTRALIA, just 8 ounces, for over several hours, and ebay continues to state the service is not available, and try again later.

I hate the new interface over at Paypal, and I don't believe Click N Ship gives a discount.  Oh well, I guess I have all day to try and print this label.

I was able to print a 1st-Class Internationals Label on USPS using Click n Ship, cost slightly more but at least it printed. Still couldn't print on eBay or PP as of 6pm PST.
