Another Media Mail increase?

I checked before the USPS increases, but did not see one for Media Mail. When, though, I just printed five labels, it showed a 16 cent bump to $3.65. Is this from the Post Office or e-Bay?

The Post Office, as of Sunday.  Note: Ebay does not offer any different rates or prices on Media Mail that the post office does.

that's the Post Office.....remember, there are no price breaks on Media Mail.....ebay charges what the PO charges
