Advice needed

Totally my fault but I accidentally shipped out the wrong size. Wasn't aware about mistake made untill after the buyer pointed it out (shipped size M instead of S).

So I apologized (indeed) and asked if they would want to file a NSAD. And no response from the buyer. Instead they bought another item.

I haven't had such a size overlook before and frankly not sure how to proceed...

Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Send out the correct size, you pay for (expedited) shipping.  Refund.  Don't ask for the other shirt back.  Message the buyer once you have done this.  Hope you don't get a negative.  This was your mistake, so take responsibility.  We have all been there, so lesson learned and move on!

So you want the seller to send the correct item and refund?  They don't need to give the buyer a  refund and give the buyer two free shirts.  Sending the correct item would do, and a return label to send back the wrong shirt.

They bought a second shirt.  Refund one is what I'm saying.
