What is the most accuracy shipping method in eBay? Is it good to use free shipping method? Thank you!

You may want to post your question on the Sri Lanka site.  This is the American board and most people would not be familiar with your country's postal services.

You need to find the best shipping option that is available in your country.

International shipping is not cheap.

"Free Shipping" is not free.  It is actually "Shipping Included in the Price of the Item".  The seller always has to pay the carrier.

Do your research of available methods from Sri Lanka.
