not seeing these rates when i ship but when i list im seeing some really high rates is that because their taking furthest zone rates? plus i didnt see anything about ebay loosing its rate discounts....did i miss that?

eBay postage labels still are priced at the Commercial rates. In fact, eBay's Priority Mail postage is often less than the published Commercial Rate.
