I wanted to order something from Florida but I’m afraid it’s going to sit in a distribution center over the weekend. I don’t want to melt. I know the trucks don’t have air-conditioning. Do the distribution centers have air-conditioning ?

Some do and some don't.

If someone is selling something that could melt in transit, they would need to ship it under specific parameters. Contact the seller before purchase to verify they are shipping correctly. It should be packaged and shipped in such a way to prevent melting (and any chance of melting would need to be reported to the carrier before shipping.)
