Return request from buyer

HI,

I recently sold a mechanical keyboard with no returns flagged when creating the listing. The buyer has now requested a return based on the following.

  • Doesn't fit
  • Keyboard is too sensitive for the buyer

There is nothing wrong with the keyboard as the buyer stated how great the condition of the item is(was brand new anyway)

K70 keyboard

Now if I refuse will ebay/paypal come down on me and force me to pay up and accept the return?

Thanks

Contact ebay Buyers remorse. They'll close it in your favor.

Since doesn't fit is a remorse reason and op has no returns there should just be a decline button on the return. The buyer could still open with PayPal or do a cc chargeback though just as a warning

I declined and advised that I would not accept a return based on the pro gaming keyboard being too sensitive.

Thanks
