Currently when I sell a freight item, I cannot access the buyers contact information. I need to verify the address they want to ship to as well as, which of 3 different LTL shipment options they would like to use. The shipping rates are different with each option. I need to verify which they want to use so I can send a invoice and get paid. Yes, I tried contacting the buyer through Ebays messaging system and that is not working well at all. Why does Ebay continue to make it so difficult to ship freight items. This is so frustrating !!
