photos not uploading

I can't upload photos, it stops at 35% - this happened when eBay tried to get me to use the new listing format

Tyler any updates to this? Any time I can expect to be able to upload?

I have hundreds of listings prepped ready to list but I've been at a standstill for a few days now.

Will a third party bulk listing service work? I'm tempted to subscribe to one just so I can get back to work.
