eBay Subscriber Discounts problem - coupon code not showing up. Getting a message: "Oops, we ran into a problem. Sorry about that—please try again later. If you keep getting this message, contact us by clicking Customer Support at the top of most eBay pages"

I would recommend to try to clear you cache and cookies for the web browser you are using to see if that clears up the issue, or change the web browser that you are using.

If it does not, you should reach out to customer support.

I'm having the same problem! I've tried different devices and browsers and cleared my cache and cookies 😞

If you go to the supplier that sells the Ebay branded supplies and put what you want into your shopping cart, when you go to check out the coupon code will appear on the screen for you to use if you want to.

That is because it is a site problem that hasn't yet been fixed. Hopefully Ebay will have it fixed soon.

I'm having the same issue with both my stores. Have been trying to access subscriber discounts for about 3 days now. Must be an ebay glitch. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

The funniest part is:

"contact us by clicking Customer Support at the top of most eBay pages"

Nope. It doesn't say "Customer Support" at the top of any pages. If you click on the Help link you have to choose from a bunch of useless options that don't help you resolve the problem or allow you to contact them to report it.
