Unable To Create New Listings

This morning I've been trying to list new items, but get this error when I go to "create a listing" : 

"signin.ebay.com refused to connect"

Hoping this is fixed soon. I had today planned for adding new listings.

same problem here since Saturday evening.

Same here. Haven't been able to create a new listing on multiple browsers in a couple days.

This works for me --- Chrome user - Open an Incognito window - go to 3 dot on upper right click on new incognito window type eBay in the search when it comes up (you may have to log in again) then selling and everything should work. If you close the window you have to open it again every time!
