Photos will not upload

My photos will not upload and can't sell anything for 2 days now.  Anyone know a fix for this?  I already switched internet browswes, changed settings by deleting cookies blah blah.  Is this an ebay problem on their end?  Customer service was no help and a waste of an hour and 30 min, athough i did find out the weather is nice in the philippines.

IF this is the same problem I ran into several weeks ago, it turned out to be a eBay domain or subdomain that was being blocked by my browsers. Primary is Firefox , but problem also happened in Chrome. I found the problem with Firefox Web Developer Tools, and I had to manually add at least one domain/subdomain to the whitelist.

Someone else posted about this recently and I replied with all of the eBay domains in my whitelist. Do a search in this subforum. I'm not "in the office" right now.

There's a lightweight bare-bones browser I use to test stuff; you could try it to see if you can upload photos with it: Midori

just called and they said they are aware of it and working on it and give it 48 hours.really? 2 more days of losing money ,,if we did something that affected ebays profit we would be banned lol,,,well good luck all i swear i am so over ebay, this is my last year of selling except for a few new posters or hot wheels no more 300+ items a year for me ..

DAY 5... still unable to load photos. No problem with my computer. Had IT Specialist look at it. Phoned Ebay yesterday to notify them of the problem.

I am having difficulty as well since July 12. I have done nothing different than usual. Checked to make sure the settings on my camera still complied with photo size requirements. Very frustrating. EBay please tell us what to look for if it is not on your end. Hard to understand all the computer updates that are needed to keep tech running smoothly, especially if those updates mess with another program.

Just a wild shot in the dark:
Are all y'all having trouble uploading photos using Chrome, and did Google push out a Chrome update in the last few days?

(or maybe IE, or Edge, or even Firefox. Chrome often has the most compatibility problems, but any browser is suspect. Main point is speculating that it's maybe a browser related issue and common to a single browser)

I am having no problems uploading photos with Firefox 31.

Same problem here. Cust. service claimed this was the first they heard of the problem. I asked if they even looked at the discussion forums and i was put on hold for 40 minutes . What a chopped up gig they have going on at Ebay! Bunch of crooks!

Still experiencing this issue... I first noticed it yesterday, and it has been nearly 24 hours.

Was able to get a set of photos through one time, after waiting about 20 minutes, but had to upload and delete an extra photo in order to finish uploading and move on to the rest of the listing.

I've tried the following things, all with no effect on the issue.

Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
Creating the listings from multi-quantity, and single.

Adding the domains listed near the top of this thread to my trusted website list.

I uninstalled BitDefender on my computer which corrected the issue.

I didn't even know I had it installed, but I first noticed it a few days ago, when it blocked eBay when I was out of town in Las Vegas.
I hope this reply helps someone else get back to work too.

Wow this solved it for me, I use Bitdefender as well and simply added ebay.com to the exclusion list and can upload my photos now. Thanks.
