Photos not uploading....

Someone earlier yesterday, said it was working. Well, 3x today....2-23-22 and nothing loads. 46% loads then the blue circle of death. This is my second post here and 2 others sent via other ebay options. No answer?  For me it has not worked since 2-19-22. I realize I am small potatoes compared to the premium sellers, but c'mon ebay, why the crickets?
