Not sure whether this is the correct forum...or if anybody has any bright ideas as to how I contact eBay to resolve?
I have a Nectar card (UK loyalty points card) which is linked to my eBay account.
When I try to convert accrued Nectar points to cash to use when making purchases on eBay I receive the following message;
"We had trouble connecting to Nectar. Please try again later."
Tried disconnecting account & then re-connecting ~ no success. I see that other members have had similar issues. Has anybody found a solution?
