Feedback and other technical issues

I have not been able to leave feedback for my buyers for 3 days. Also if I try to archive a sale it disappears. I called eBay 2 weeks ago on the archive problem trying to archive a sale.  I Was told it would be fixed in 48 hours, the item is still not in my archive or sales shipped but can be accessed through my feedback. . Also can't comment on or like on other posts in this forum.

Sometimes trying another browser can help if something is not working right. If you are able to accomplish the task in another browser, try clearing your cache and possibly eBay cookies in your original browser.
