Problems accessing photos

This has been a huge pain for almost a year and I'm finally getting around to reporting it.

When you reply to a post and click the camera icon, you can insert a photo and you have the option to choose an image from your saved photos.

The problem is that it only shows your 50 most recent saved photos and there is no functionality to see more or to view another page of results. I can't figure out a way to pull in an image past my most recent 50.

I use a lot of the same screenshots showing where to access features on the site to help posters so I keep having to either delete recent pics or re-upload the same screenshots which creates duplicate pics in my photo album and makes the problem worse. It's a giant pain in the behind.

I'd really appreciate if you could get this fixed by Khoros sheila@ebay. Would be great to add pagination or a see more option that loads more pics.

I'm a little confused now.

If I go to 'my profile' I see a huge list of photos. Are you saying that you don't see more than 50 when you go to the camera icon to upload a photo?

Re: Problems accessing photos

Sorry, I forgot about this. I meant to get you those screenshots last week sheila@ebay.

When I go to My Profile all my pics are there. The problem comes when I'm adding photos to a post.

First I click on the camera icon in the tool bar:

cameraicon.png

Then a pop-up appears where you can select the Saved Photos tab:

photopopup.png

Saved photos will show your albums. I click on the one that says All Photos.

When I scroll down it shows the wheel that looks like sun rays then loads more, I scroll down and the same thing, it loads more. Then when it gets to 50 it stops. No more loading, no more photos. I can choose one of my 50 most recent images to add to my post but nothing beyond that.

This is a screenshot at the end of the line:

50pics.png

The last photo thumnbnail in that image is not my last saved image. I have 5 pages of photos saved on my profile, and that cutoff image is about midway through page 3. Each time I upload a new image, it bumps one off from the photo selection pop-up shown above. The pop-up cuts off at exactly 50 images and will not load the rest. I can access my 50 most recent at any given time and nothing beyond that.

This is an image from my profile page photo album which shows you I have several pages of images beyond where the cutoff takes place. Note the top shows page 3 of 5 and the green bar shows where photos were cut off:

Now that I've uploaded several images to this post, I've lost access to a few more images.

That's great! Kind of crazy because I wasn't aware of an update and don't see any on the schedule for this week. The next one isn't due out for a couple of weeks actually. I like to update my list and let everyone know as well. Good news, either way. 🙂
