Why do I get a message about Post flooding when loading anything into a post. This started a week or so ago, I'm doing nothing different but can't post a video.

have to say............this thread is a good example of why I HOPE we don't go to threaded discussions..........I had to go all the way thru it..........looking at dates to see the latest information..........NOT fun.........

Post Flooding again, now it says more then one message in 60 seconds.

These are spam controls, so there is going to be a need to limit the number of posts in X time. Even at 30 seconds you may run into this frustration, and one in say 15 seconds is giving spammers too much room to cause havoc.
I think the right thing is to have the team focus on the underlying thing that needs to be fixed, which is the HTML issue, so no one is having to try to post twice in a short space.
