Issues with posting a video

Daily problems with attempting to post videos. 

Page looks like this:

Will not allow a video to be inserted unless first enter 10 or more characters in the post.   What's up with this?

I think they are requiring the 10 characters with any post to try to eliminate the one word.......nonsense posts.
