i wass wrong clicks on payment has been recieved while the payment still not recieved at cases i already open before...can anyone help me to resolved this problem...

I don't think there is anything you can do.  You might want to call ebay Customer Service.

Someone else may come along with more info.

besides calling ebay, can i write an email to ebay?if can which email address?

I have no idea what you are saying except that payment is not received..........

You are in Malaysia, posting on the US Board.  There is no email for the US........there may be for your area.....if you sign in to your home site and then click on Help and Contact at bottom or top of most pages.......

Or you could try posting on Ebay facebook page.......
