Usually if a business changes any sort of business practice it's bottom line related.  Maybe the new listing tool is cheaper to run and maintain.   Just a guess.

When I think of all the changes I have seen in my lifetime...

I can get a credit card in my own name.

I don't have to wear dresses unless I want to, even to formal events or church.

I have a device in my purse that is a telephone, camera, library, watch, TV, map and calculator.

I can carry a pen around with me, rather than a bottle of ink and a straight pen.

DD was vaccinated against a plethora of childhood diseases that my schoolmates died from.

I can make money selling to people all around the world .

On the whole change is good.

Unfortunately LOTS of recent changes and changes this year, so hard to know which one(s) is/are causing your angst?
