what does "hold amount released" mean?

Sorry to bother again, but this was in in my payments section (see pic). Does this mean the funds were released back to me or were they sent to the buyer already?  My account does not show a debit at this time. This action evidently happened before I uploaded tracking into the claim file.  I have searched but can't find anything that discusses "release." Again, my apologies for a second post.

Money was released to you.   Usually hold happens when customer opens "return request".

I'm guessing that the tracking info you entered into the buyer's INR claim (Rodriguez card?) has swung the case in your favor. Have you ticked on the case (Seller Hub/Orders/Requests and disputes) for any info?

There are no updates on the case or in email. The odd thing is the held funds were released sometime last night before I submitted tracking this morning. It is a relieve to know they came back to me, though--but this is a confusing process, especially for a newbie.

Thanks to everyone for all the help this morning. I sincerely appreciate people taking the time to share their expertise and experiences.

Well, there is some debate/disagreement surrounding whether that tracking number needs to be re-entered into a case if you've purchased your label on eBay. Some say "yes" and some say "no." I probably should have included that caveat in my reply on your earlier thread--and even considered it at the time. I just think it's best to err on the side of caution and enter it again.
