so i sold two items what over $170 each to a particular customer, packaged and dropped off at a ups access point. 4 dyas later no change in tracking. filed a package investigation and still on the process, same buyer paid and bought another stating that they needed another set urgent . i shipped at a different UPS store and the same one is not tracking after 72hours , but gave an expected delivery date in the future. the same buyer wants another set, am not sure if one is getting scammed , buyer has a good feed back rating , but a buyer's account could be hacked as well. not sure what to do
