You are suggesting something that is in direct violation of ebay policies.

Outlining it here on the open forum is not going to help your cause.

Besides, once you have problems with one account, enough to be suspended, the likelihood is that the new account will run into the exact same problems.

The only thing you did not account for is how to fix the issues you had the first go around.

You do realize you are posting on an ebay board to try to figure out and ask for help in circumventing ebay rules/policies?   What exactly got you suspended?  Nothing you posted makes me feel like you can follow rules now either.

What is it you are trying to sell?

You could probably create a shell cpompany to work through, but when I hear you talk about ebay and profits in the same sentence it makes me giggle, like a lunatic.  But the shell company would still be requiredf to follow Ebay rules.   And a company without any history would probably be carefully regulated, e.g., funds held back.

I think you misunderstood my question

I never told you that i would circumvent anything i didn,t even stated that.

i was talking about if partnership was a option. 

but maybe i wrote it in the wrong way that it could be misunderstood

You are not allowed to open another account. You are not allowed to use the  the account of a friend or a family member.  Any account eBay can link you to will be suspended.
