How do you all track your sales on eBay? I can see it showing me last 60 days (or if you use Seller Hub, last 90 days). How about an annual report? Am I missing something or eBay just does not have a YTD report for sellers on what they sold and for how much?

I would also use 3rd party tools if eBay does not have this info. Just need to know what to use.

I have a PayPal account that I use for all of my eBay transactions.

So I simply export all my PayPal transactions for the year to a CSV file, import them to a spreadsheet, and separate them into buyer payments, ebay fees, expense purchases, and eBay invoice payments.

I make sure the export has the total payment, the paypal fee, and the shipping charge paid. I also make sure I properly account for refunds, reversals, and currency conversions.

It takes me about four hours a year to do my eBay taxes this way.
