Hello.

How do i start selling on ebay. and how do i do it without any issues.

You are in Sri Lanka.

You need a business license from your government.

And you need a Payoneer account to get paid, since Paypal is not allowed for Sri Lankan sellers.

Then you need a product in your hands that is not something everyone sells - don't try dropshipping from China , that's a sure money loser.

And you need a thorough understanding of international, tracked shipping costs.

 There is always going to be issues selling because you can't always please everyone. 

Here's a good start:

Link your bank account to Payoneer.  Register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business and get your business license. Ebay will send you an email saying that you are approved.  It can take up to 4 weeks to be approved.   There are requirements and protocols for all sellers.  You should also consider this:

This is a valuable and important tool that will teach you what you need to know to be a seller on ebay.  I suggest that you should enroll after you have set your account with Payoneer.  That way you'll have time to study while you wait to be approved. 

Also become familiar with the rules and policies ebay and posts and enforces as well as customs:

Be fair with your prices, communicate with your customers, be honest about your product and ship timely.
