Hi, can anyone help ID this type of hubcap? I believe it is from the late 1960's. Thank you.

I'm Getting Crager 1973-1986. I sent the photo to my godfather, he rebuilds cars.

Cragar. I had Cragar wheels on my 1970 Mustang.
If they made hubcaps like yours, I don't remember it
Probably knock offs. No Cragar symbol in the center cap.

No, it's a weirdly nonsensical aftermarket wheel cover of no particular value.
What makes it "nonsensical" is that it's showing a fake knockoff hub in the center (note the "On" and "Off" directional arrows), surrounded by five fake lug nuts. A real wheel would show one or the other, not both.
A knockoff-type wheel doesn't have lug nuts on it, as it's held on by the center spinner. On a real knockoff hub, you whack the spinner loose with a brass mallet or similar, then unscrew it the rest of the way and pull the wheel off the hub. You reattach it by placing the wheel over the central threaded shaft, spinning the hub on over the wheel, and giving it one or two whacks with the mallet to snug it down.
Neither the spinner hub nor the lug nuts should even be present, as this isn't even a wheel in the first place, just a pretend wheel cover that appears to have been made by a company that knows nothing about cars. 😁

Wall art, then.

Yes! Bet your friends a beer over whether they can spot what's weird about it. 😋
That's not the first commercial oddity I've seen. Years ago I had one of those neon-ring clocks with a car pictured in the middle, supposedly a 1956 Chrysler 300... except the image was that of a 1957, completely restyled that year and not even remotely close to a 1956, and included background text from a different ad for American Motors, not even the same company. Whoever slapped that together either didn't know or didn't care.
On the plus side, I listed it as an oddity, cheerfully itemized all the mistakes, and got $55 for it. 😎

We had Cragars also - '68 GTO - Yes, it should have a Cragar symbol in the center

From the what it is worth dept. My 2011 Chevy Impala has OEM hub caps similar to this with faux lug nut covers but no center spinner.
Maybe you can find an ID number molded or stamped on the backside that you can Google search the 'net - its a needle in the hay stack chance. There are billions of "custom wheel covers" sold over the decades. Maybe you can find a business called something like - Hub Cap City in your area - found them in Waco, TX and Houston TX areas. People like to steal them for money had two sets of wire wheel covers w/key lock stolen off a 1982 Pontiac Grand Prix - there were only a few number of key combinations - less than 10.. Bought replacements at such a business - probably bought our caps back - it was cheaper than the insurance deductible.
