Hi!

I still have an issue with same items showing up in sold and unsold columns. The same thing is still happening, and I can't see anything about seller and buyer feedback.  My tracking and delivery info shows the items were delivered. What do I do about feedback replies. One customer was able to leave feedback. Help!

You have 3 issues?

Hello.

My problem is items sold are showing up in my unsold column as well.  Cannot see buyer feedback  except from one buyer.  noticed I am not the only one that has had this problem.
