Having problems signing in.
go to log in page and put in user name/email and password, then takes you verification screen, put in numbers then back to sign in page; same cycle over and over.
called support, they were unable to help.
sent me link to reset password, did that, got in. logged out and tried to sign back in, same log in /verification cycle. Tried thru chrome, firefox and safari, all the same.
support says its my computer. went to neighbors - used their computer - same thing. I can get into other sites, but not eBay unless I do reset process each time and then only works with safari. Anyone else having issues? or is it really me?
