shipping with USPS.

Shipping with USPS was fast and accurate. Now, shipping  PRIORITY MAIL takes  4,5  days and sometimes longer. If i pay  for expedited shipping, should i expect a  partial refund on shipping cost?  Oh. i forgot, USPS is a government run entity..... EBAY INTERNATIONAL shipping is also troubled.

I have been having Major Issues with Media Mail, which is their slowest service, but lately it has been a nightmare!
