I bought and printed a shipping label for a customer. Then she wrote to say it was the wrong address. I don't know how to fix that to print another label with the correct address. Can anyone help me?
Thanks

You can only ship to the address on the order. Its against eBay policy to ship to any other address.
You need to cancel the sale with 'issue with buyers address' and then have them rebuy it.
You can void the bad label at this address.

You will give up your seller protection against an Item Not Received dispute if you ship the item anyplace other than to the address you received with the payment. You will need to refund the buyer (select the option of "Problem with Address" when doing so) and then have them repurchase with the correct Ship-To: address plugged in at payment time. (i.e. This is something that your buyer needs to fix, not you.)
But aside from that, the very first thing to do is verify that the message about a "wrong address" is actually coming from the ID of your buyer, and not some other eBay account. It's a common scam that sellers of recently-sold items will get a message asking them to ship the item somewhere other than the address received with the payment, but if that message comes from anyone other than the ID of your buyer, just ignore it and ship as usual; your real buyer probably knows nothing about it.

As @robbie31415 told you -- otherwise you (the seller) are no longer protected by eBay from scammers: if you send to a different address than the buyer had initially listed, the buyer can open an "item not received" claim against you -- and the buyer automatically wins, since the shipping addresses don't match.

As @a_c_green mentioned there is a chance that message came from someone other than your buyer. If that’s the case, just ignore it.

Yoy cancel the sale. Reason: Problem with buyer's address.
The buyer will be fully refunded.
You explain to the buyer that you are REQUIRED by ebay to ship only to the addess in the label.
Have the buyer correct their address with ebay and re-purchase the item with the correct address.
NOTE: Only about half the time the buyer will do this. Sometimes you never hear from them again and lose the sale.
Good luck!
