send offers

Hi everyone,  Hoping that you sellers are making a few $$$ and that you buyers are finding a few deals.  Question:  What is the process of sending prospective buyers an offer using the seller hub?  Used to do it often with classic.  I should know this but...................Thank You.

Under Tasks, you will see Listings Eligible to Send Offers. You can offer a % discount or a specific price. You can also toggle on/off the option for the prospective buyers to counteroffer.

Go to your "manage active sales" list.  There should be an option under "quick filters" for send offers.

I use that tool all the time and it works well. Mine is on the Seller Hub, left side, under Tasks, "Listings eligible to send offers".  You can also send them coupons for future use and turn off the counteroffer.

Go to Listing, Active Listing (click on SEND OFFER ELIGIBLE button).   EBAY decides which items are eligible to "receive offers".
