It's a good time to list them, that's for certain.
The 12% FVF still boggles me - it's one of the most wrongheaded ideas I've read in a while and the only reason for it I can think of is that the beancounters here decided that so much media sells for small amounts that they need to make it 'pay for itself'.
That's like a local thrift that had prices that were too high so a lot was being left on the racks and shelves. The then-manager or HQ decided that it wasn't bringing in enough revenue and so they raised the prices. Uhhhhh... they're out of business now.
