Get a Payoneer account.

Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.

Did you link your bank account to Payoneer? Did you register your account with your country of Sri Lanka as a business? Did Ebay send you an email saying that you are approved? If not, this is what you need to do. It can take several weeks to be approved from Ebay. You cannot just decide you want to sell something and then try to sell it. There are requirements and protocols for all sellers.

You need to fire the person helping you with your payment terms.

A buyer can pay with PayPal or not. For you to say you only accept payments by PayPal is not allowed. That is misleading and discourages a buyer from directly using their debit or credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eBay gift card, etc.

eBay puts the methods of payments you accept in your listing. To say you only ship to their registered PayPal address is also misleading. You ship to the address eBay tells you to ship it to, and it does not have to be a registered PayPal address. Please remove all reference about paying with PayPal only before someone reports your listings.

The tea is caffeine free they say, but I don't believe it. And those health claims are simply not true either. Looks like a snake oil ad if there ever was one.
