why doesn't the selling cost reflect the shipping cost as well. the shipping cost just shows up as blank. I called eBay twice. One agen said he'll inform the engirneers and the other kept beating around the bush then finally told me to caculate it. LOL
MIne are all there. Are you purchasing labels from somewhere other than ebay? The shipping will only show if you use ebal labels. They would not know what you spent elsewhere.
Thanks for the reply. I understand that ebay wouldn't have a clue what I do outside of ebay. These are FedEx labels purchased through eBay (cost applies to eBay monthly invoice) . I contacted eBay multiple times and they literally admitted that they simply don't know why and have tried to fix it but nothing.
