buyer gave negative feeback after only 4 days. Aebay let it go through despite my trandpwrsbcy about severe ill ness. I am done forever w eBay and ai sold since 9/2011 let you post after and I am now punished with a belowv stabdard issue. I cant chsnge from same day to 3-5 overnight. 5 a day tommorow. Been in hop now home 6 fd.out beliw standard. Going throu evert of 49 items give take- 3-5 for me

I am not one to normally correct typos of other posters, but your three posts have so many, it is extremely hard to follow what you are trying to say.  I get it you are mad about a negative Feedback.  And I think you are trying to tell us you are currently Below Standard as a seller, but beyond that I'm simply lost.

 

As to the the FB.  All 5 of your negs are too old to do anything about them.  Besides, none of the break any FB rule on Ebay.  Sorry.

 

On the Below standard.  That is likely related to your period of time when you were not shipping within your stated handling time.  You get a few of this and that is certainly what will happen.

 

You want to make sure you ship within your stated handling time on a purchase.  If you can't, consider changing your handling time to something you are sure you can meet.  

 

The only way to climb out of the Below Standard ranking is to know what you have done to get you there so that you can stop repeating that.  Then you need to do what you can to increase you sales.  You need those sales to dilute the numbers.  So have sales, run auctions at low starting $$s, etc.  Whatever works for you to increase you number of sales.  Those are the quickest way to climb out of this problem and get away from the Penalty fee.

@sf42day  Thank you for the valuable work you do with street and feral cats!  I'd love this to work for you and your cause, but you've kind of painted yourself into a corner and it'll be only consistent, good work to get you out of there.  Also, auctions aren't any good for 99% of items - you're getting nothing for your efforts.  Use fixed price/immediate payment required.

 

Stop with voice to text - as you see it doesn't work very well - if you can get someone to keyboard for you it would help.

 

Forget the feedback - it doesn't matter as much as getting your metrics back up.

While I agree that the FB doesn't matter as much as the defects they are bound to be getting, because of the quantity of negatives and neutrals on their account, to a buyer that may be responsible for turning them away from bidding or purchasing from this seller.

It's irrelevant at this point to what the OP needs to do and concentrating on it now does nothing because it's mostly just an end product, and will improve if they improve processes.

Sorry you're going through this.

 

Too late now for the 'Time Away' feature, but I'd recommend you use it later if you won't be able to fulfill your selling duties for an extended period of time.

 

And, yes... it's all mathematics for the 'Below Standard' rating. Grab as many good sales as you can as quickly as you can.

I know that and I said that, thank you.  My earlier post on this thread shows I understand that and I explained some things that would help the OP dig out of the issue they are currently experiencing.
