@ebrako- unless you pay for a third party listing service, basically all you can do (so far as I know) is copy the text into a word file and save your photos in a photo directory.  It actually doesn't take that long - I do it all the time.  You won't have all the IS's saved, though, but those take about 3 seconds to fill in.

You can draft listing in your eBay account.

Only thing is that it seems like the OP wants to save their listings locally, not online. 

 

If you want to save them online, draft mode keeps them for about 30 days, but templates will say indefinitely.

How about printing them to PDF?

I set up a folder where I keep all my photos and put descriptions on a note pad.
