I can get jute and rag rugs, place mats table runners, and the like, that are imported from India by American sellers. These are very much the same, if not identical, to the ones you are offering, and I can get them at the same or lower cost and with far cheaper (or, indeed, free) shipping. Besides saving money, I also avoid the hassles, long wait times, possible customs issues, etc., involved in dealing with an overseas seller.
That's just the simple truth, as I see it. Maybe others will have different views. I do wish you good fortune, but you've chosen to sell in a well-supplied, competitive market.

You have some beautiful rugs - especially some of the cotton ones.
It is hard when you have zero FB and are located outside of the US to get started I would imagine. Are you targeting other areas besides a US buyer base? I typically do not order large rugs online as I would want to see them myself, etc. You note these are 100% Jute, but as a Buyer, I would want to know about care, cleaning, etc. I spend good money on well made rugs, only because I want them to last - but I want minimal hassle for cleaning/maintenance, etc. Perhaps consider enhancing additional details on the care, maintenance, what region(s) these were made in, note no child labor (would be key ), etc
Sorry - no real ideas for you as this is not an area we sell in - you may have to work to promote your items differently and perhaps offer other items that compliment your current wares to draw attention to those you do offer.
Last suggestion is that I would build FB on this ID by buying items and have some FB shown for this ID and perhaps that will help you. Many Buyers are leery of a Zero FB sellers - especially outside the US.
Good luck to you. 🙂

Buyers can be skeptical of purchasing from new eBay accounts. You might try purchasing some inexpensive items through eBay to start building up a feedback score. Buy some items that you would normally purchase at your local store. Hopefully the sellers will leave you feedback when you pay.
0 feedback seller with a brand new account is going to be hard.
