Hi I have a question, a buyer requested a refund for a broken cookie jar. Can I have him take it to his local UPS store so they can see what it looks like before giving the refund, and file a claim at my local UPS store. I dont want EBAY handling the claim with UPS. I want to go in the store where they know my face so I can scream and yell about defective bubble wrap.
After looking at this buyers feedback left for others, I am wondering why someone would continue to buy on EBAY after having to deal with so many of you bad sellers. I want to make sure someone sees the package including the bubble wrap, before I refund. UPS store is the only way I could think of.
