hello community!

i would like to know how to promote my listings as a new seller? will it cost a lot? as a new seller i have listed many items and lack of sales although i increased my limitations.but no sales. how create a marketing campaign for free?

It doesn't cost anything to promote your listings and you only pay when it sells.

Go to your SELLER HUB, click on MARKETING, then down to PROMOTED LISTINGS, then create a campaign for your listings.

Saying "how to promote my listings" may cause some confusion on this board.

Are you talking in generic terms about how to attract more interest and traffic to your eBay listings?

Or are you talking about the eBay program called "Promoted Listings" where a seller agrees to pay a higher fee in exchange for better placement in search results?

You are in Sri Lanka and although you have a number of listings, many of the items are not common to us in the USA. Maybe a little more explanation is needed on the use of the items.
