problem with address

I made a sale today, something told me to google the address. turns out address is for a empty lot.

For many  years  our home address would show up 3  houses away from where it was on GPS searches.   Front lot widths are a minimum of 100" + in width.on 1 acre lots

We  received our mail/packages just fine for the last 29 years UNLESS the "human error" syndrome came into play. by all carriers including Amazon.  Always walked the miss delivered  mail to the correct address that we received unless it  was in the next subdivision - carrier received a notification and the red flag up...

And when you contacted the buyer and asked about his address, what was the response?

In any case, as you know, eBay rules require that you ship to the address you see when your buyer pays.
