I need to contact ebay about a payout that does not seem to be what it should be.  I do not have a store but just sell a few things. The amout that it was figured on was around 10.00 but I only got 1.07 payout. Where to go to question this and have explained.

When you sell an item on eBay, your buyer pays you the amount of the item, the shipping fee and the state sales tax, if any.  Your final value fee is calculated on the total of these.  The shipping fee paid by the buyer is used to pay for shipping, the state sales tax is remitted to the buyer's state.
