Guy bought a brand new dvd and is claiming damage. I sell hundreds of dvds and have yet to hear this one. I asked to see pictures. A week later I got these pictures and he said 'What are you going to do about it before I leave feedback' My reply was return for refund. I gotta share the pictures of the damage and see what you guys or ebay might say.

You gave him the correct reply because "What are you going to do about it before I leave feedback" means he's trying to scam you into a partial refund. Best thing to do is to stick to issuing a full refund only. If he leaves you bad feedback, contact ebay and ask to be transferred to a FB specialist, and they'll most likely remove the FB for you because of his initial FB threat.

What a nut. At least if he returns it for refund you can resell it. I know that doesn't help much but I have seen much worse condition of brand new ones at Target.

I was thinking he opened it already and couldn't send pictures. Do you think I can get a neg for this if ebay sees the pictures and I said ' Sorry that happened, please return for refund?' I really doubt he would return it anyway.

Saying "Sorry that happened" probably wasn't a good idea because ebay could interpret it like you were admitting there was something wrong, but when someone makes a veiled feedback threat, the FB can usually get removed according to what I've heard other sellers saying on the forum.

I`d be tempted to tell him you don`t have a magnifying glass and don`t see any damage. Then I`d tell him to retrun it for a refund and block him. He will probably keep it and leave you bad feedback but so what. When he does leave feedback, I`d reply that you saw no damaged and offered a refund upon return.

I don't get it - he's claiming the shrink wrap is damaged?
