This may not cover the specific term "cancel" but this might help.

When I started off site ads, I had to set a campaign start, and end. Check in your Advertising Dashboard (use the drop down to choose off site ads), and your campaign should be under your graph. It would tell you the end date.

Further, you can edit that campaign. I did. I actually extended the time.
