Hoping that this is a case of the Social Media teams being short staffed this week.

A lot of the more tenured employees get to take to whole week off in many businesses.

There are lots of problems Ebay sellers have that cannot be solved by any Ebay employee. If you are lucky, there is an automated procedure to deal with it.

If you post your problem here, there are plenty of sellers who will offer their diagnosis and prognosis.

I don't think I could help someone who refuses to use punctuation.  If you can't communicate your problem clearly, how can you expect to get help?
