no pay case

Had a customer win a  bid on an item on May 17th. This is now May 20th with no payment.  Had been an option under "report buyer" for "buyer didn't pay" . Don't see that anymore. How do I close this?

no pay case

Have to give it a bit more time.  You would not use "Report Buyer", which is used for other reasons, though a long time ago it was used for non-payment. After 4 days have passed (96 hours plus give or take a few minutes, to be specific), you can choose "Cancel Order" and use the reason "Buyer has not paid", and the buyer will receive an unpaid item strike.

Ebay changed the process quite a while ago.  We now use the Cancellation system as @jonathanbrightlight  describes.

Here is a link so you can update yourself.  You can file the cancellation for non payment 96 hours after they purchased the item and no payment has arrived.
