How can you have thousands of feedback as a seller and not understand how the unpaid-item process works? If you had canceled that transaction, based on nonpayment, then the buyer wouldn't have been able to leave feedback at all.

Here is the Help page about what to do if a buyer doesn't pay, though it's too late to fix this transaction now.

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137

It's extremely unlikely that you'll be able to persuade eBay to remove that feedback, but you might be able to work things out with the buyer and persuade them to revise it.

Sounds like you never cancelled for non payment.

I suppose you can contact ebay to see if they will remove the feedback.

What was the reason you cancelled the transaction?  Did the buyer ask you to cancel?  If they didn't pay, why didn't you wait 96 hours and file a cancellation for non payment.

Either of those actions would have blocked the buyer from being able to leave feedback.  So did you actually cancel the transaction?  And if you did, what reason did you select when you cancelled it?

Try this to get the feedback removed.  If it doesn't work, let us know.

Go to the Seller Help page. Towards the bottom of the screen you will see a place to click on to submit the feedback for removal.
