My buyer opened a case against me about item not as described, eBay stepped in and found that my listing was as described with numerous pictures and closed the case in my favor
he appealed the case left negative feedback and the appeal was found in my favor
eBay refuses to remove negative feedback how is that possible?

I'd like to hear how you won an item not described return case.

Yes, do tell. The last I heard, eBay does not investigate claims.

Keep contacting Ebay until you get a csr willing to remove that feedback, its certainly eligible for removal since you won the case. And sorry to say, dont be surprised if the buyer now goes to his cc for a chargeback.

Maybe the buyer waited too long, more than 30 days after delivery.
The listing ended on Sept 4, 2022, and the - feedback was left sometime after Oct 13, 2022 (that's the date the listing ended for the + feedback that was received just before the negative).

Your feedback is fine. Not worth spending another moment on this issue, just move on and take it with a grain of salt.

If the buyer refuses to return the item, or doesn't initiate a return within the 30 day time frame from the date of delivery, ebay will close the case in the sellers favor.

If eBay does not rermove the bogus feedback, you can ALWAYS reply to any feedback. For the few who actually check a seller's feedback it is helpful to explain your side of any sketchy feedback including some "positive" ones. We cannot leave negative feedback for buyers but we CAN expose them as bad buyers should they leave unfair or just plain wrong feedback. Ebay goes out of their way to make seller's lives miserable but be sure to use all the tools in your box. This is also why I do not leave feeback for buyers until they leave positive feedback. Paying timely is not their only obligation. Being sure they are not going to pursue a bogus claim or return or leave bogus feedback are other obligations.
