How do I set up for multiple shipment for the same customer  in the shipping package section.

Are you looking to ship a single order in several different boxes/packages?  Or are you looking to combine several orders in one single package?

If you'd like to combine shipping for several orders, there's a button at the top of the bulk shipping page on the right side to combine multiple shipments to same address.
