Is opening two accounts for seller use against the rules and guidelines. I want to open two separate accounts for branding and marketing purposes. If it is against the guidelines are there any alternatives that are allowed?

am i able to put the same ssn, shipping address, etc,  (I know i need a different email, but I am not sure about the other personal information)  or do i need to put different things for each. There really isn't much information in the Multiple Account Policy.

eBay does allow you to have more than one eBay account. Each account will need it's own email address. Everything else can be the same.

Many do have one account for buying and another for selling.   If you split sales between more than one account, it will take longer to build feedback however.

I have a store now for postal history and first day covers,  I'm nearing 7200 items.  I'm looking to start a second store for automobilia  so they are two distinct businesses.

How to you manage both accounts, do you just log into each separately to check sales or is there a way to check sales etc of both accounts without having to log into each account every time. I am asking because I plan to open 3 account, each for a separate business so having one place where I can check everything would be useful.

You can open more than one eBay account as long as you use different email addresses and usernames for each additional account.

All you need to do is sign out of the account you're currently using, go to the Registration page, and follow the steps above to create a new account.

Be aware that you can't use more than one account for activity related to the same listing. For example, you can't bid on the same item from multiple accounts or bid on an item you're selling from another account. You can find out more in our Multiple accounts policy.

If you want to move an email address from one eBay account to another, you'll need to remove it from the first account and wait 60 days before you can add that email address to a different account. Learn how to change your email address.

I just looked at what you are selling. 
Be aware, Lego is a very active VeRO member and have had listings ended because the seller was using their trademark. 
If these are not Lego branded items, do not use the word Lego anywhere in that listing. 
Just a heads up.

You need to use a different email address when creating another ebay account. My banking and other info is the same.

I use two internet browsers on my computer so I can be logged into both accounts.

For example I use Microsoft Edge for one. Firefox for the other.

If you use the ebay app you could have the app on two different phones to save time logging in and out of your accounts.
